With international experience in France, England and Brazil, I have developed expertise in applied research, quality management and product development. As Director of Operations for the family business in Mexico, I led a team of 700 people, implementing process optimization and driving organizational growth through change management.
TODAY
Since 2015, I’ve been integrating my solid operational management experience with my work as a certified professional coach (PCC-ICF). This unique combination enables me to offer my clients proven, actionable insights, as well as practical expertise in finding concrete solutions. I guide individuals towards proactive problem-solving and help them increase their self-awareness. By empowering them, I support them in unleashing their potential and achieving sustainable professional growth.
