My Coaching Vision

Performance can only be collective. It is the result of managerial efficiency.

My vision

A coach or facilitator is a person whose talent is to develop his client’s managerial skills. Among the talents to be developed by the manager is the development of an intercultural management style adapted to his team.

My beliefs

Foreign managers and their teams greatly improve their efficiency in the supportive, structuring environment I provide. The success of a coaching program lies in this balance.

I have a passion for animating leaders and teams of managers. Embracing emotions and showing vulnerability are key factors in organizational cohesion. The discovery of a leader’s deepest identity will be a source of power in his or her leadership.

YESTERDAY

I chose to start my career in sales. Customer satisfaction has been at the heart of my concerns right from the start. I’ve spent most of my professional career in international management positions (Russia, Middle East, India, Kazakhstan, Europe).

TODAY

Since 2015, I’ve been offering my customers collective and individual coaching services to boost organizational performance. I use and adapt the main executive coaching tools such as MBTI, DISC, co-development, emotional intelligence, NLP.

TOMORROW

I’d like to develop my change management offer by carrying out global transformations with a team of expert coaches. The aim is to accompany the manager and his team towards a new equilibrium of sustainable growth
