Coaching is a remarkable space for taking the time to reflect on the long term, to clarify one’s objectives, and then to take strategic action.
I aim to provide my clients with a listening ear, neutrality and empathy, to help them develop their emotional intelligence, their openness to change, and their professional and personal development.
All this in a spirit of curiosity, intellectual rigor, pragmatism and creativity.

I believe in the power of coherence: when meaning is there, when objectives are clear and actions aligned. When people are motivated and customers are satisfied, when teamwork stimulates new ideas, efficiency and individual satisfaction.

YESTERDAY
I worked for 20 years in Marketing and Sales functions – in France and Germany – and had the chance to lead ambitious projects with remarkable multicultural teams.
As I also live in an environment with many entrepreneurs, I’ve always been very curious about the reality of business creation and growth management projects.
TODAY
Since 2015, I’ve been helping my clients in North America and Europe achieve their goals:
- In individual coaching of executive leaders, entrepreneurs and managers.
- In team and executive committee coaching,
- As a coach-trainer for international clients in leadership and human management talent development programs.
My favorite subjects are leadership development, emotional intelligence and communication impact.
TOMORROW
In a complex and constantly changing environment, having a clear vision, knowing how to motivate individuals and develop collaboration, and acting in an agile and creative way will be essential assets for collective success.
I want to support my customers in this evolution, so that they can develop their talents and become inspiring leaders in multicultural, agile and collaborative environments.
